What the forms collect

Your name, email, the services you choose, and what you tell us about your project (song links, deadline, number of songs and vocal tracks). The page you sent the form from is recorded so we know what you were looking at. If you arrived through a tagged link (for example from Instagram), the campaign tags in that link are stored in your browser for up to 30 days and sent with your form, so we know which channels bring people in. We note which kinds of services you asked about so we can follow up on the right thing.

How it is used

Only to answer your request and, if you book, to run your job. It is not sold or shared for marketing. Waitlist and release alert emails are used only to tell you when that service, product or release is ready. If you tick the box agreeing to receive communication from Static City Studios, we may also contact you now and then. You can cancel at any time through the link in any of those emails, and leaving the box unticked never affects your request.

Where it goes

Form messages are delivered by email through a transactional email provider. This site does not use advertising trackers.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are useful, and know when a form is sent. It sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details from Google's servers; it does not receive what you type into our forms. Advertising features are turned off. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, and Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete what you sent at any time, through the contact form.
