A vocal mix finishes your vocals over one stereo beat, the 2-track: the instrumental as a single file. The beat stays as it is. The work is on the vocals: cleanup, tuning, EQ, compression, reverb and delay, so the lead, doubles, adlibs and harmonies sit together and in front of the beat.
It is the fastest route from a home recording to a finished song. If you also want the drums, 808 and melody rebalanced, that needs the beat's stems and is the Mixing service.

How much does a vocal mix cost?
$230 a song during the trial, for the first 3 songs. After the trial, pricing starts at the current rate and each song is quoted.
What do I send?
Your vocal tracks (up to 8), the stereo beat, a reference track and your deadline.
How long does it take?
3 business days after we have usable files, the reference track, the deposit and a confirmed start date.
How many revisions do I get?
One consolidated revision to the agreed mix.
Should I send my vocals with Auto-Tune on or off?
Tell us which you are sending. If you have dry, untuned takes, include them. If the tuning is printed as part of the sound, say so before the mix starts.
Can you mix my vocals if I only have an MP3 of the beat?
Send the best version of the beat you have. A WAV is better than an MP3. If the MP3 is all there is, say so, and we check it before the job starts.
Is vocal mixing the same as mixing and mastering?
No. A vocal mix finishes your vocals over the beat. Mastering is a separate final step: see Mastering, or Mix & Master if you need both.
How do I export my vocals from FL Studio?
Put each vocal on its own mixer track and export with split mixer tracks, from the start of the song. Every file then starts at the same point and lines up.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is invoiced to start the job. The balance is due before the full-quality files are sent. If you cancel after paying the deposit, it is not refunded.
How many projects do you take at once?
No more than 2 active jobs at a time, so every deadline is one we can keep.
